Entry Level Office/Accounts Payable Clerk

Well established Manufacturing Company seeking an Entry Level Office/ Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. Office tasks will include answering phones, filing and data entry. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Match invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare and process check runs
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues
- Provide support during annual audits

Requirements
- 1 year office experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
