Duties:

- Assist in managing daily operations learing the Retail Sales side of the business.
- Coordinate and oversee custimers needs, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management staff to ensure high-quality customer service and sales quoates.
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate reporting for our clients.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for the company revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with our retailers and clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the customer service or Retail Sales industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Pay: $46,081.00 - $48,325.00 per year
