SalaryManage and coordinate the daily grow operations and cultivation process, including taking clones, potting, transfers, watering, mixing, flower blocks, spraying, cleaning, maintenance, harvesting and schedules/timelines for each, equipment requirements and training development. Direct and monitor every stage of soil-based propagation, ensuring processes comply with our protocols, resulting in robust plants.
Identify problems, recommends alternatives and implements solutions in coordination with the CEO.
Continually review current systems for operational efficiency.
Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff. Assign work and monitor progress, and guide.
Direct and assist with grow schedule and quality assurance practices.
Accurate data entry in inventory tracking systems and daily operations.
Will be required to be on call and respond to emergency situations at any time. This may include scheduling issues, potentially covering a shift ad facility issues.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
