Marketing Manager

Duties:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email/text marketing, performance marketing, and social media advertising

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity

- Oversee online databases Leafly, Weedmaps, and Dutchie. Ensure menus are current, accurate and fulfilled.

- Coordinate all advertising campaigns and off-site events. Work with external vendors as needed

- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices within the field of marketing.

- Create content through photography and video production.

- Aid in developing brands and launching new products

- Ability to provide creative insight on merchandising

Skills:

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficiency in HTML5 and WordPress for website management
- Experience in product management and understanding of product life cycles
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM
- Understanding of print advertising processes and ability to coordinate campaigns
- Excellent research skills to gather market data and customer insights
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices
