Entry Level Management Trainee

The Entry Level Managment Trainee will connect daily with our customer database and potential new leads. This position is a valuable asset to our client's and our success, therefore, we are looking to fill this position with a few go-getters who are reliable, self-managed, and eager to learn here in the Youngstown area.

Every day will provide a new set of opportunities, so you’ll need to be flexible and open to change.

You will learn product knowledge, our marketing and sales process, how to train people, through a 7-12 month business training program, after which the candidate will take over the marketing department of one of our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with potential new leads and provide phenomenal customer support to each individual
• Generate new customer clientele through face to face interactions
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Determine customer's best course of action that includes: Money saving offers and fits their overall wants and needs

• Must be adaptable and willing to work with newer team members as others get promoted
• Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or prospective new client meetings (company trips are paid for and flights are provided)
• Must be committed to achieving goals in a team-based setting

• Ready to start ASAP

Pay: $34,600.00 - $69,204.13 per year
