Shopperer Marketing Manager (Kroger) - This position will be based in our Cincinnati, OH sales office with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be required to live within a commutable distance.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to develop and manage our annual Customer Marketing activation plan across selected customers, geographies, and sub-channels. In this role, you'll become the marketing expert our business partners rely on, customizing national and banner-specific programs to meet and exceed customer and sub-channel expectations. Your day-to-day will involve a high degree of collaboration with sales, Category Management, and e-Retail teams, ensuring a seamless, omnichannel approach that makes it easier for people to find, buy, and enjoy our brands. With a relentless focus on effective A&P investment, backed by data and learning, you'll measure KPIs, track customer programming, and develop big ideas that propel our brands forward. We're looking for someone who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day demands, ensuring all activations are on-brand, creative, and executed with excellence. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team, sharing best practices and insights that drive our business forward. What You Will Need:
- MBA degree plus 5 years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG Shopper Marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG Shopper Marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Gallo marketing or Gallo winery sales or affiliated or non-affiliated distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Required to travel by airplane and automobile to perform job duties.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:
- MBA degree plus 7 years of communications, finance, marketing, sales or CPG Shopper Marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Knowledge of E. & J. Gallo Strategic Imperatives as outlined by the CEO and the Gallo Executive Leadership Team.

Compensation:
- Hiring salary range posted: $112,670 - $169,100 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
