Job Summary
DTG2Go is seeking an Entry-Level Key Account Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for quality inspections and testing in an office/warehouse environment of Key Account customer garments and reporting directly to the Key Account Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages the assigned account’s production at the resident facility.
- Work cross functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and joint ownership of production benchmarks.
- Strategically oversees the quality control process focusing on print quality and vendor compliance.
- Takes appropriate actions to streamline the approval of production for shipment within the SLA timeline.
- Holds facility leadership to their goals outlined by the Director of Operations.
- Monitors print fails, workload hurdles, and makes appropriate adjustments in our portal in concert with the Key Account Manager.
- Oversees resident facility inventory levels: trim/finishing, and shipping materials.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and digest constructive criticism.
- Gathers all due diligence to communicate potential delays and schedule misses immediately to initiate planning and communication with critical parties.
- Expedites problematic work orders and finds creative solutions to day-to-day roadblocks.
- Trouble shoots production flaws and elevates them to the Key Account Manager for escalation.
- Responsible for providing daily reporting to the Key Account Manager and Facility Leadership.
- Maintains custom wash testing reports via the company’s home-grown system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and urgency.
- Excellent communication and Time Management.
- Workmanship skills with an aptitude for quality handcrafting.
- Experience working with ERP, Zoom, Google Docs, MS Office, PNG Files, etc.
- Capability to digest training on technical evolutions quickly and documenting processes.
- Previous success in a warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Able to work in a warehouse setting and stand 80% of the time.
- Additional Skills such as design or technical background a bonus!
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry specific certification or license: N/A
Preferred Competencies, Education, and Experience
Bi-lingual skills preferred. (English/Spanish)

Work Environment
- All job duties are performed in person in a warehouse environment.
- The warehouse environment includes noise, heat, cold, dust, dirt, and fumes.
- Working in high traffic areas.
Physical Demands
- This is a stand-up job with walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching above the shoulders, twisting, crawling, and kneeling as needed.
- Must be capable of lifting a maximum of 45lbs.
Expected Work Hours and Job Type.
- Full time On Site Role
- Expect to work up to a 50-hour work week at minimum.
- 8 AM – 6 PM / Monday Through Friday (During Holiday Season 10-to-12-hour shifts with weekends to be expected)

Salary: Full Time – Semi Monthly – Up to $45,000
