SalaryResponsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and systems for data storage and retrieval
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies
- Experience with data analysis tools such as R, vaticinate, Power BI, or similar
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL queries
- Familiarity with server administration and maintenance
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA or Python for data manipulation
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
