Form of work**
Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support tasking which may include:
(1) conducting financial / data statistical data analysis to validate payroll, financial transitions, such as invoicing and cost trends,
(2) conducting data integrity analysis from multiple systems, such as Deltek / Cost Point, UKG Payroll, BenefitFirst, and HR systems, and data extraction,
(3) conducting financial analyses, estimates at complete and completing / reviewing customer invoices under the direction of senior level corporate management, and
(4) other duties similar in nature as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Bachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience. Degree can be substituted with an additional 5 years of experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong MS Excel Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to quickly understand and extra data from multiple systems to perform analytical analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
Position is located in Manassas, VA
- *Salary: $60,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year commensurate with education and experience
