In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and detailed oriented team to:
- Provide technical Data Management for the phases of both Shipbuilder and Services of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and correspondence management.
- Heavily utilize and mange virtual workflow database in support of Shipbuilder and Services CDRL submissions
- Manage virtual workflow database User Roles
- Provide real-time CDRL distribution list updates on the Program IDE
- Aid in tracking, identifying and scheduling CDRL submittals/changes, and the parent Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
- Generate CDRL performance metrics and statistics for multiple contracts and events using the Program IDE
- Review Data Monitor CDRL comment due dates and any modifications to current contracts with guidance.
- Assist team in instruction updates, drafting letters, correspondence, and documentation.
- Identify, develop, or suggest process improvements to enhance overall data quality.
- Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
- Maintain a record of original and corrected data with respect to program’s CDRLs. Subsequently develop and execute data clean up measures.
- Contribute to suggesting changes in the current Data Management Plan for the Navy program.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance post-employed (an active DoD Secret clearance is preferred).
- Zero to two years of experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in a variety of computer applications, including MS Office and Document Review/File Management databases.
- The ability for meticulous document review and quality assurance.
- The ability to plan and coordinate individual assignments, meetings etc.
- The ability to collaborate in a virtual environment with team members in multiple locations.
- A proactive and ambitious mindset; thorough and curious nature.
- Quick on the job learning and carrying out tasking with minimal guidance.
- The ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
