** This position is based out of our Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market with FREE parking. The role has the opportunity for a flexible and hybrid work schedule. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's data-driven culture. You'll harness your coding skills to manage, analyze, and transform data, enabling key stakeholders to make informed decisions. From designing interactive dashboards to conducting data mining for cost-saving opportunities, your contributions will be instrumental in driving success in the hospice industry. Tableau and SQL proficiency are required. In addition, experience using Tableau and SQL in a working environment (on the job), and not just experience while in school/internship.

- Consult with decision-makers to identify data sources and validation standards.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in business analysis or data management and analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with data engineering and modeling concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and apply them effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
