Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments for delivery verification.
- Communicate with customers, providing information on estimated arrival times and shipping methods.
- Generate reports and assist in maintaining internal shipping schedules.
- Manage the main switchboard, directing calls to the relevant parties.
- Assist in creating and sending hardware quotes.
- Maintain office readiness and uphold its appearance.
- Act as a backup for Accounting data entry if necessary.
- Assist with pre-site/mall calls for Deployment when feasible.
- Aid HR in office preparation as needed.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is integral to the role.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales support, administration, or Customer Service; candidates with retail/service industry experience are also considered.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, adept at prioritizing multiple projects and adapting to evolving workflows.
- Initiative-driven, self-motivated, and accountable with independence in performance.
- Strong attention to detail while managing competing deadlines and priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to various audiences.
- Capability to deliver quality Customer Service and handle diverse personalities and situations appropriately.
- High School Diploma.
Additional Information:
- Pay range: $19-$21/hr
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Location: 100% in-office
