SAIC is seeking an IT Security Administrator to work at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI side by side with the government customer.
- The ideal candidate will work on a small team to assess gaps in cyber security posture and develop and implement recommendations to remediate.
- Successful candidates should have relevant experience in the information technology and security field and the curiosity, drive, and skills to excel.
- Perform continuous security risk assessment and compliance automation.
- Attack daily system administration tasks for customers to include account lockouts, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and patch operating system vulnerabilities.
- Facilitate repair of computer systems of varying classifications.
- Manage small-scale network infrastructure under the guidance of senior IT Security Administrators.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 0 years of Experience and a B.S. degree in a STEM career field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
