Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various methods, including door-to-door canvassing
• Conduct client consultations and roofing inspections
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Attend weekly team trainings and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge

Compensation:
Our sales representatives operate as 1099 independent contractors and earn solely through commission. Last year, our average-performing representatives earned $60,000 annually, while those performing at an average level earned approximately $120,000 per year. Our top performers exceeded $200,000 in earnings. We believe in equipping our team with the necessary tools for success, though individual earnings are contingent on performance.
