We are a 30+ year old residential warranty management company serving home builders throughout Colorado. We currently have an opening for a residential Warranty Representative who will be working with home builders and their clients. Opportunities for commissions and additional work dependent on applicant. A high level of people skills is required and construction knowledge is a plus. Candidate must live in Northern Colorado area. Duties include the following:
1. Conduct Pre-closing walkthroughs and New Home Orientations with buyers on behalf of the builders. This includes closely following an orientation script and explaining the features and functions of the components and systems of new homes. Comprehensive documentation will need to be completed during the walkthrough and submitted to the regional office upon completion.
2. Conduct on-site inspections of warranty claims. This includes inspecting and reviewing claims submitted for warranty service and discussing those items with the homeowners. Comprehensive documentation including photos will need to be submitted to the regional office at the completion of the inspection.
3. Weekly staff and builder meetings -- attend and participate in weekly status meetings to review and update all parties on previous week's activities, typically over the phone.
4. Driving is required and may include servicing: Silverthorne, Fraser, Breckenridge, Denver metro areas, Northern and Southern Colorado. Company car provided.
Successful candidate will be professional, personable, customer oriented, have a professional appearance and demeanor, be reliable, punctual and detail oriented. Residential construction experience and knowledge are preferred. Previous warranty related experience in residential construction preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from 50-70k+.
