We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our company who are looking for not only a job, but a career.
Responsibilities include:
- Learn and maintain an expert level of comprehensive knowledge of services and membership packages to accelerate opportunities to appointment booking.
- Understand and become proficient in Service Titan, Acculynx, DialPad, and all Microsoft Office applications to sustain high customer appointment setting with minimal delays.
- Record accurate information in ServiceTitan software to ensure client information and correspondence is up to date.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service during inbound and outbound calling to client base.
- Provide relevant offers to secure booking of appointments.
- Handle client concerns with utmost care and compassion. Be able to address client concerns and de-escalate with skillset to provide exemplary attention and focus.
- Route calls to appropriate department for follow up calls as needed (ie: outbound, dispatch).
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.

Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
