Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Support Sales Reps with order entries and claims
• Assisting customers with questions and requests via phone and email
• Search for, input and create new customer accounts 

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm 

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour 

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent experience in a Customer Service or administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating Outlook and Excel
• Bilingual opportunities available for applicants who are fluent in Spanish and English.
