Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Support Sales Reps with order entries and claims
- Assisting customers with questions and requests via phone and email
- Search for, input and create new customer accounts
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of recent experience in a Customer Service or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating Outlook and Excel
- Bilingual opportunities available for applicants who are fluent in Spanish and English.
