SalaryDescription:
- Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers.
- Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel
- Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel
- Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means
- Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service

- Face to face Customer Service experience, can be retail or admin
- Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets
