Printing - Customer Service Representative
Our Colorado facility has an immediate opening for a experienced, full time, Customer Service Representative. This is a fast paced, high energy position for someone who is capable of working closely with customers and co-workers, has an efficient and pro-active attitude towards problem solving, follows thru on integral tasks and is dependable. Graphics industry knowledge of prepress – digital and offset printing and bindery processes are key qualifications. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite graphics programs is also part of this position. Much of our daily customer contact relates to graphic files submitted for print and the Q & A associated with it. We will train to use our internal production software for order entry, job management, and tracking. Some work with Microsoft Office is also required.
Key daily activities include:
- Answering Customer Calls
- “Walk In” Customer Assistance
- Customer Email Correspondence
- Digital File and Order Reviews
- Coordinating Projects with Production Departments
- Light Estimating and Pricing
- Order Entry
- Project Management
This position is full time from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday.
Pay Rates are negotiable depending on qualifications and experience but start at $24.00/hr
