SalaryWe're in search of an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Entry Level Client Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships and provide exemplary customer service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Being the primary point of contact for clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner -
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved
- Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date in our database
The qualifications required for the position are:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service isn't mandatory, but it's a plus
