Position Summary: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring medical/nursing personnel, ensuring the right fit for each job placement. You will also be tasked with coordinating and managing schedules for the personnel you hire. Building long-term relationships with both clients and staff will be a crucial aspect of your role. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are vital in this position.

Education Requirements: While not mandatory, a two or four-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
