We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a four doctor veterinary hospital. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our patients' experience.
```Duties```
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
-Scheduling appointments and other client related communications.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain client/patient records and update information as needed
- Identify opportunities for educating and promoting veterinary products
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns about their pets have been addressed

- Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with veterinary medicine including routine vaccinations and doctor recommended treatments
- Account management skills to build and maintain strong client/patient relationships
