Job Description
Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day
communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional
client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
- Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
- Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
- Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
- Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
- Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
- Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
- Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.
- Take inventory of office, media, and paper café items.
- Assist with package receiving, opening, sorting.
- Receive purchase orders and replenish stock.
- Keep front lobby area stocked and tidy.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience 1-2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening

- Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
