Client Service Representative

The Sandhills Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic is a high volume veterinary surgical clinic searching for a full time Client Service Representative who is looking to join our team long term! Applicants must be hard working, have a great attitude, be highly motivated, a great multitasker, animal and client friendly, dependable, and a team player with the desire to learn. Our clinic is a very busy, high volume, high quality practice! Applicants must be able to perform well under pressure.

Daily challenges include:

• Working in a fast paced environment. Responsible for the daily check in of all patients
• Daily phone calls
• Patient medical entry
• Multitasking
• Discharge of all patients, same day of surgery
• Other daily tasks that are assigned. Must be proficient in client relations, accounts, able to think on your feet and should possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Skills

• Customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with Microsoft office
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
