- Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing positions

- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with community members and collaborate effectively within the team

As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will:
- Participate in comprehensive training on developing fundraising campaigns and conducting research on potential donors
