Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers upon entering the showroom.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to and comprehending customer preferences and requirements.
- Assist customers in choosing and purchasing furniture that aligns with their style and budget.
- Cultivate and enhance product knowledge to adeptly address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the design team to craft captivating and visually appealing product displays.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized showroom.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for design and furniture.
