At EMI Business Services we work with world-renowned telecommunications clients and in a world where technology is continuously evolving and essential in everyday life, it is even more imperative for our team to expand our Entry Level Account Manager position. Our Entry Level Account Manager's are focused and committed to providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, and building relationships to acquire new customer accounts and as well as maintaining current accounts. The Entry Level Account Manager will work directly with each customer to ensure their overall satisfaction with products and services offered. The Entry Level Account Manager will also be empathetic in order to engage, retain and advocate on behalf of clients.
What Does the Entry Level Account Manager Involve?
- Serve as the liaison between our clients and customers working directly with each of them to achieve successful retention and retainment
- Source new sales opportunities through lead generation and follow-ups with customers
- Facilitate campaigns to promote product and services that are tailored to accommodate each customer's needs
- Proactively problem-solve any situation with a customer
- Attend daily product knowledge training sessions to stay up to date with the latest technology offered
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating revenue
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers directly and indirectly
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic

- Adaptable to any sudden changes in the technology and sales environment

Experience/Education We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience working in an Account Manager, customer service, customer relations, sales, or management-based positioned
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field is highly desirable
- High School Diploma or GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,520.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Mount Vernon, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
