Job Details
The General Manager is responsible for running service each night, including greeting and seating guests, keeping track of turn times, handling guest issues, and at time taking food/drink orders, helping run food, bus tables, and sell/pour wine. In addition to running service, the General Manager is the face of the restaurant and the leader of the team. We expect the GM to keep morale high and encourage the team to be the best versions of themselves. Other responsibilities include: running pre-shift meetings, FOH scheduling, inventory/ordering, and reporting to ownership. The ideal candidate has Manhattan FOH management experience.
Dame is open Monday to Saturday. We are in need of someone to work 5 nights/week (likely Tuesday-Saturday).
