Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine — private medicine — by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work in concert with our Gynecologists, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members and their families. Right now we are looking for a Member Experience Liaison to join our Business Development & Sales team! The Member Experience Liaison plays a vital role within Private Medical's national medical practice and growth strategy. You will be responsible for setting an exceptional, and important, first impression to prospective new members hoping to learn more about our medical practice. Your success will rely on your ability to establish trust quickly, provide a thoughtful and confident overview of how we support our membership with timely follow-through and communication.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of four (4) years of premium luxury service experience (e.g., Luxury Hospitality, travel industry, luxury retail and/or concierge)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Technical expertise with various platforms is required: e.g., SalesForce, Google Business Apps, Asana
Skills:
- High degree of professionalism, poise and eloquence
- High level EQ with key factors: authenticity, empathy, sound judgment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- A sophisticated written and verbal communicator with keen listening skills
- Ability to establish trust quickly with newly introduced relationships
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
- A positive attitude and growth mindset, demonstrated through desire to learn and adapt
What will you be doing in this role?
- Respond to all website inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
- Manage accurate information on individual leads, campaigns, and BD initiatives
- Qualify prospective members and communicate the Private Medical value proposition
- Understand the demographics and psychographics of our member profile
- Build professional and personal relationships with prospective members by understanding what matters to them, to guide the conversation where it's most meaningful, relevant, and valuable.
- Navigate difficult conversations including member decline and dismissal
- Demonstrate efficient lead management and follow up
- Designate appropriate physician fit for prospective members
- Prepare a synopsis of the patient profile prior to introduction to team
- Facilitate ‘meet and greets’ and follow up on leads
- Work alongside clinical and operations teams to optimize capacity for each physician panel
- Cultivate strong ties with physician and business development colleagues
- Follow up on unsigned contracts and assist periodically with unpaid invoices
- Send proper thank you and acknowledgement to specialists
- Management and implementation of patient appreciation and internal referrals
- Maintain keen awareness of team goals and metrics by interfacing with IT to constantly improve system, tracking and follow up
- Plan and execute Business Development events
- Actively utilize lead management software (Salesforce) throughout the prospective member journey

- San Francisco bay area: $117,000-$160,000/year based on experience
- New York & Los Angeles: $108,000-$150,000/year based on experience
- Miami area: $98,000-$133,000/year based on experience
