A full time Assistant Administrator manages and coordinates all divisions of the Tazewell County Health Department (TCHD) alongside the Administrator of the Department. Is responsible for directing the overall activities for the agency in the absence of the Administrator. Assists in directing, coordinating administrative, fiscal, and personnel operations of the Department. Works in tandem with the administrator to fulfill the mission/vision of the Department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
4-years' experience in executive management having extensive knowledge of personnel management, fiscal management, public health law and regulations, and administrative aspects of public health resource management required.
Hours: Full-time: 37.50 hours per week with the possibility of weekends and/or evenings
FSLA: Exempt
Salary Grade: 19
Range of pay: $39.81 - $49.77 / hour.
