We launched with amazing virtual events and quickly expanded to IRL (think: offsites, retreats, client summits, annual kickoffs) as well as a single platform that makes it easy for any company to manage everything in one place. Although we’re barely over 2yrs old, we have over 4,000 clients (Google, Apple, Netflix, Nike, Accenture) and have brought over 150,000 people together so far. And we’re just getting started.

Group travel pre-pandemic was already 40% of the $800B corporate travel industry and it’s absolutely exploding as companies shift facilities spend to IRL events. (by the way, 73% of clients are managers planning events for the first time in their careers … shouldn’t be their job.)
About the role
What You'll Do:
- Own, build and optimize new sales processes to maximize Enterprise Sales growth, including playbooks, outbound strategies, collateral, metrics and tracking. Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve sales cycles.
- Identify strategic opportunities for expansion of accounts, market, or BoomPop services within enterprise organizations.
- Lead pre-sales and post-sales customer experience for enterprise customers.
- Manage sales pipeline to proactively ensure sales goals are met.
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, operations, and product to ensure excellent and efficient sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand BoomPop’s customer base within enterprise customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Test and optimize new messaging for unique ICPs.
- Observe and understand competitor landscape and trends, and enact improvements.
- Closely track and report on sales results to stakeholders and provide key takeaways and feedback. Identify and proactively implement improvements.
- Identify and oversee targeted prospecting activities for new accounts and account expansion.
- Oversee sales and customer data to ensure accurate customer data and sales reporting.
- Negotiate and manage all contracts and contract processes.
What You Have:
- 4+ years selling to large, complex enterprise organizations.
- 3+ years sales leadership experience in a high-tech startup environment.
- Prior success in B2B or SaaS sales management.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
The salary range for this position is $150k-$200k OTE (uncapped)
