Job Description
We are looking for a ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING ANALYST, financial institution, responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Responsible for overseeing and enhancing a financial organization's risk management framework and business continuity strategies.
- Leverage expertise in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and regulatory compliance, to will play a vital role in safeguarding financial institution's operations and ensuring long-term resilience
- Strategic insights and collaborative approach will drive effective risk mitigation and business continuity efforts, enabling the organization to maintain seamless operations even in the face of unexpected disruptions.
- Detailed duties and responsibilities available upon reques
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred not required
- Related professional designations/certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CFE, CRISC).
- Experience in and knowledge of Enterprise Risk management and internal control standards, especially within financial services industry bank or credit union preferred.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk management and internal control standards required (e.g. COSO ERM framework).
- Experience with risk quantification, completing and/or reviewing Risk and Self Assessments required, and group facilitation skills preferred.
- knowledge of regulations which affect the Credit Union industry required.
