Enterprise Risk Management/Business Continuity Planning Analyst

We are looking for a ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING ANALYST, financial institution, responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Responsible for overseeing and enhancing a financial organization's risk management framework and business continuity strategies.
• Leverage expertise in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and regulatory compliance, to will play a vital role in safeguarding financial institution's operations and ensuring long-term resilience
• Strategic insights and collaborative approach will drive effective risk mitigation and business continuity efforts, enabling the organization to maintain seamless operations even in the face of unexpected disruptions.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred not required
• Related professional designations/certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CFE, CRISC).
• Experience in and knowledge of Enterprise Risk management and internal control standards, especially within financial services industry bank or credit union preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk management and internal control standards required (e.g. COSO ERM framework).
• Experience with risk quantification, completing and/or reviewing Risk and Self Assessments required, and group facilitation skills preferred.
• knowledge of regulations which affect the Credit Union industry required.

Pay Rate Range : $66,000 - $82,000/year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
