In this position you will support the Stormwater Enterprise Division of Public Works. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of technical duties, including review tracking, review completion and coordination, review system troubleshooting, customer service to various stakeholders, and other key tasks.

Essential Job Functions- the basic job duties an employee must be able to perform:
- Coordinate planning reviews in DigEPlan/Accela
- Submit review comments and close out tasks.
- Assist applicants navigating the electronic review system; resolve applicant issues with staff changes, fee payments, and review questions.
- Review and route invoices and task orders for third-party reviews.
- Maintain review tracking in OneNote and Accela.
- Perform review assignment tasks; assist lead reviewers with task completion and associated documentation.
- Perform quality control reviews for comments and concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments on review-related issues. Route appropriate answers and close issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries from the general public, City staff, and outside agencies regarding Public Works issues.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with ProjectDox or other review software
- Experience related to stormwater management
- Experience assisting applicants in a municipal setting
- Experience with Accela or other data tracking software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and OneNote
