The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.
It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power today’s digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.
Rate Range: $18-$20/hr. on w2 (non- benefited)
Job Description:
- IT field technician tasks: driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients
- The level of support will vary depending on the customer but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices
- HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, and familiar with the ticketing system
- 2-5 years of experience will be preferred
- A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary
- Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, Client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
- Distance of daily travel Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated less than 35 miles daily
- we're looking candidates with break fix, HW repair, and OEM service experience
