We’re Hiring: Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engagement Coordinator to enhance our dynamic sales team. This role is not just about sales; it’s about contributing to a team that’s at the forefront of AI-driven marketing solutions.

Your Role:

• Generate leads, set appointments, and manage client relationships.

• Administer and streamline sales processes using advanced CRM tools.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, advancing through our tiered commission system.

• Recruit and potentially train new team members as you grow.

• Aim for the opportunity to be promoted to an Engagement Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in administrative processes.

• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Eager to grow within the company and take on leadership roles.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: Competitive, activated upon reaching Tier 3 within 90 days.

• Commission Structure: 10% to 30%, based on monthly sales achievements.

• Earning Potential: For example, reaching Tier 2 ($10,001-$20,000 in sales) can earn you up to $4,000 monthly in commissions alone.
