Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing support to 4 Oncology Medical Affairs Leaders. This role is located on the Horsham campus and is a 40 hr/wk position.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Support for team communications
- Our Source and Work Day support – on boarding and discharges
- Liaise with Exec and Sr. Admin Assistants to handle request and queries from Sr. Leaders
- Act as a point of contact for vendor needs (e.g. STEM)
- Support internal meetings – in Horsham / Virtual
- Meeting minutes and organization of follow up action items
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Shipping/copying
- Manage Distribution lists
- Expense report support
- Interview management
- Support for team communications
- Liaise with Exec and Sr. Admin Assistants to handle request and queries from Sr. Leaders
- Act as a point of contact for vendor needs (e.g. benchmarking, advanced technology platforms)
- Manage content administration in learning technologies (3 new in 2024)
- Implement metrics strategy; design and deploy surveys, review field metrics and provide insights
- Project manage learning design projects with vendors
- Provide basic instructional design support
- Manage learning communications Essential Functions:
- Candidate must be able to manage complexity including the schedules for 4 Medical Affairs Leaders
Qualifications:
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
