Who We're Looking For:
We're looking to bring on an amazing Email & SMS Marketing Specialist that will join AVNT's marketing team on AVNT Services. You will be in charge of managing Email & SMS marketing for our partners in the fashion and streetwear space. You'll be joining a fast growing team here at AVNT and managing accounts for some of the biggest and fastest growing brands in the world.
We're looking for someone that has significant experience under their belt that's ready to join the team and help our partners maximize the success of their marketing across Email & SMS.
Ideally we're looking for someone that's a great communicator, professional, in-tune with and passionate about the culture, and excited to work with some of the best brands in the world to help them reach global scale.
Responsibilities Will Include:
· Working with our team to quickly learn the specific email & sms marketing strategy we use for our clients, being being ready to implement and start managing clients as soon as possible.
· Setting up custom flows for each of our current partners as well as any newly onboarded clients.
· Fixing any backend DNS issues that may arise while setting up branded sender domains, and changing name-servers.
· Split testing different strategies and creative to find and scale winning strategies for each partner utilizing discounts, copy and design.
· Delivering results for clients each week and being ready to present any changes and goals in a written format for your manager to communicate on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
· Problem solving and communicating results with manager, as well as the Brand Success Manager that manages partner relationships.
· Working within our fast-growing team at AVNT to generate new ideas and strategies to help our partners grow, grow AVNT as a company, and continue to push the culture forward.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
