We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerceEmail Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and results-driven marketing team. If you are passionate about e-commerce Email Marketing and have a creative approach to engaging with audiences, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our e-commerce Email Marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful email campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective e-commerce Email Marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals, such as lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Segment and target audience groups to deliver personalized, relevant content that resonates with our customers.
• Develop and maintain an e-commerce Email Marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and optimize customer engagement.
• Continuously test and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
• Analyze email campaign metrics and produce regular performance reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations in Email Marketing to inform strategy development and drive innovation.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing required, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful Email Marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Proficiency in Email Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience with A/B testing and segmentation.
• Strong understanding of Email Marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and compliance with privacy and anti-spam regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling copy.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email design is a plus.

Compensation

We provide a competitive compensation package, and pay rates are based on your skills, experience and metropolitan area. In addition to that, we offer bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

The starting pay range is:

$29.25 - $31.50 per hour for Washington

$28.25 - $32.00 per hour for Utah

$28.50 - $32.00 per hour for Ohio

$29.00 - 32.25 per hour for Rhode Island

Candidates from different locations within the United States may receive varying salary offers.
