Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, computer science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in website management, design, and Email Marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), plugins such as Elementor, and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • PHP/JavaScript/Database experience is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience

Summary of Role:

As a Website and Email Marketing Specialist at AdCellerant, you will manage and enhance our existing websites, oversee the build of a new website, and create visually appealing and engaging HTML emails for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative flair, and strong project management skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Website Management and Enhancements:

  • Maintain and update content on existing websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Implement website enhancements and improvements to optimize user experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and execute website projects.


Website Build:

  • Lead the build of a new website from conception to launch, including developing wireframes, coordinating design and development, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure the new website aligns with brand identity, user experience best practices, and SEO guidelines.


Email Marketing:

  • Design and code HTML emails for client campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices for Email Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling email content and messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve email performance and deliverability.


Content Management:

  • Work closely with content creators and stakeholders to gather assets and information for Website and Email content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content formatting.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor Website and Email performance using analytics tools to track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform optimization strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.


Compensation:

The compensation range is $65,000 - $80,000, including salary and bonuses.
