World Travel Holdings is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who will establish and develop an ongoing relationship between the World Travel Holdings' brands and their audiences. In this remote role, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the daily utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to optimize and deliver relevant messaging, targeting, and reporting and is expected to be proficient in Email Marketing platforms.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to deploy marketing emails
- Collaborate with SFMC Manager, marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to create and implement marketing campaigns
- Continuously analyze performance trend data to identify business trends, isolate opportunities for further audience segmentation and identify testing opportunities
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to increase deliverability, overall channel engagement including open rates and conversion rates
- Design and manage automated marketing campaigns within SFMC Email Studio
- Identify opportunities to incorporate data from SFMC Personalization to create audiences and potential journeys within SFMC
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple business divisions to deliver a consistent brand experience across all email touch points
- Stay abreast with the latest SFMC enhancements and product offerings
- Track campaigns daily to ensure automations are running as expected and troubleshoot as needed when issues arise
- Monitor deliverability across brands to ensure optimal inbox placement and customer engagement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field of study
- 7+ years’ experience with executing Email Marketing campaigns
- Familiar with SFMC technologies, including Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio
- Experienced in enterprise-level SFMC implementation, automation, and journey building to support omni-channel marketing strategies
- Proven track record of utilizing data analytics to identify performance trends and define business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively and cross-functionally in a team and project-based environment
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with ability to own and lead project initiatives
- Ability to work in an agile organization and dynamic market while adjusting priorities as needed
