THE ROLE
The Email Marketing Manager will oversee all CRM activity, developing and managing all customer segments. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager and working closely with the Content Manager, you will be responsible for the Email Marketing plan and schedule, including all automation and drip campaigns. Critically, you will plan and manage all Email Marketing of the online business, ensuring that revenue and profit for this channel grow in line with company targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Email Marketing specialist to play a key role in scaling Glassworks digital offering to the next level.
CONTRACT TYPE/SCHEDULE
This is a freelance contract roleand is fully remote. The time currently required is 10 hours/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Email Marketing activity on a day-to-day basis from end to end including planning and email/landing page creation, email distribution and analysis
- Ensure all Email Marketing KPIs are met
- Analyse and interpret results from Email Marketing campaigns and produce weekly reporting
- Produce complex automated flows using audience-based and behaviour-based segmentation and quality assure all flows
- Drive rapid growth of the subscriber list (among the relevant audience) working with the ecomm, performance and retail teams on post purchase flows, competitions, ad campaigns, etc.
- Drive customer reviews on Google and Trust Pilot via automated flows
- Identify audience behaviour to create targeted segments for optimized performance
- Approach initiatives with a customer-first mindset aligning all goals directly back to a positive experience
- Create on brand email and landing page content using approved templates, working with the ecommerce team to effectively merchandise products featured in email communications
