We are looking for a data-driven Email/SMS Marketer who is passionate about increasing customer repeat purchases, customer loyalty, segmentation, engaging copy and creating valuable content for our growing audience of parents and grand-parents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization, execution, and management of all our email/sms and loyalty marketing initiatives
- Campaign setup, management, optimization, and consistent analyses to drive better result and long-term customer retention
- Development of best practices using current marketing automation tools and knowledge and staying up-to-date on all CRM trends and topics
- Comprehensive coordination of overall campaign goals and strategies with our marketing team to draw out our entire marketing potential
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, marketing, or a comparable area
- Minimum three years of experience in Email/SMS Marketing, including Marketing Automation and customer retention
- A/B testing mind-set: A/B testing your campaigns to ensure our campaigns have the best possible open and click-through rates
- Expert knowledge in at least one of the major automation platforms (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Customer.io, et al.)
- An affinity for e-Commerce and customer retention / relationship management
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager and additional CRM Tool knowledge is a plus
