Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels. We are seeking a creative and tactical thinker with strong communication and production skills to craft programs that reach our audience with clear, consistent, and compelling content. This role is based in our Tribeca studios and offices and will work in a hybrid model spending 3 days onsite and the balance of time working remotely. They will report to the Marketing Director. The Marketing Manager will concept marketing campaigns and events, work cross-functionally to bring them to life and evaluate performance to determine what's working and what's not. More specifically the Marketing Manager will:
• Work collaboratively with a lean marketing team to build a full-funnel marketing program that helps grow brand awareness and build a pipeline.
• Lead ideation and execution of marketing plans for new campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives by working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams.
• Lead social media for Industrial Color, globaledit, and Smashbox Studios by building a presence that represents the personality of each brand and fosters engagement
• Oversee our event marketing strategy, aligning key stakeholders, managing logistics, and working collaboratively to design and execute memorable experiences.
• Help develop and refine brand and product marketing content for each brand, particularly globaledit, ensuring messaging is consistent across all customer touch points.
• Create content for inbound marketing campaigns including ads, sales enablement collateral, blog posts, customer success stories, landing pages, and email communications.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product reviews, and competitive research to identify actionable insights and new positioning opportunities.
Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience running marketing campaigns and programs
  • Experience in Tech preferred
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to apply those skills across different platforms.
  • Basic design skills are a plus.
  • Highly organized and accountable with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams at a given time.
  • Entrepreneurial and has a "no task too small" attitude.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, or Wordpress a plus.
  • You're excited about wearing many hats and trying lots of new things to find what works, being part of a small hard-working team, and building from the ground up.

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
