Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing travel arrangements, handle administrative tasks, and be adept at working with sponsors. This role involves working closely with our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for our CEO, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage calendar appointments and ensure timely reminders for meetings, events, and deadlines, prioritizing those involving our CEO.
- Serve as an assistant during events, taking care of and ensuring he has food, snacks, and other necessities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents, with a keen attention to detail.
- Monitor and respond to emails, prioritize correspondence, and handle inquiries professionally, those directed to our CEO.
- Liaise with sponsors and partners, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on deliverables, under the guidance of.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports, particularly those related to our CEO's speaking engagements and biohacking initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Google Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
