Role : EDI Administrator (AS2/Axway)

Work Location : St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Required:

• EDI administrator local to STL with over 5 years of experience.
• Local Candidates only for this role.
• AS2 Cloud Solution provider (Axway) to ensure they handle SSL certificate timely
• Support AS2 Server (SFTP Server) and coordinate with CG UNIX
• Manage EDI / AS2 service requests (Service NOW), i.e., archiving requests, troubleshooting issues

Understanding of Skillset

1. AS2 stands for Applicability Statement 2.
2. AS2 is a B2B messaging protocol used to transmit EDI documents from one organization to another
3. Axway is the Tool used that implement AS2 B2B EDI tranfers

Full Job

Work with EDI / AS2 Cloud SoluAtion provider (Axway) to ensure they handle SSL certificate timely

Support AS2 Server (SFTP Server) and coordinate with CG UNIX as required

Manage EDI / AS2 service requests (Service NOW), i.e., archiving requests, troubleshooting issues

Work with Bayers Business Partners on their new EDI / AS2 implementations and/or changes to existing maps and ensuring they can fill out the Axway onboarding form properly

Basic understanding of LINUX NFS mounts, from UNIX command line

Work closely with Bayer's 3PL to manage and oversee Warehouse EDI Transactions, Efforts include Developing and Testing and Enhancing EDI processes

Work with Axway Support to implement AS2 Connections, changes and/or enhancements

Work closely with SAP Architects for enhancements within the SAP Landscape to determine the impact upon EDI Services

Set-up Trading Partner relationships in the VAN Dashboard

Create Implementation Guidelines for business users and for Axway

Attend weekly Support cadence, monthly reporting, and quarterly QBR meetings with Axway team.

Attend annual EDI audit and provide data / evidence as required

Trend analysis, forecasting and capacity planning

Provide monthly EDI / AS2 reporting

Support the business through validation of test results

Work with Bayer EDI Coordinators on troubleshooting and issue resolutions

Work with Axway to ensure SLAs are met, and if not help to identify Root Cause Analysis

Look for opportunities to optimize the EDI / AS2 environments

Maintain process documentation

Mentor / train new team members

Attend Daily Operations and weekly CAB Meetings

Participate in on-call rotation
