Position Summary:

The E-Commerce and Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining E-Commerce Sales while also identifying and expanding opportunities for all product lines. With direction from, and in collaboration with management, you will identify trends and markets to capitalize on opportunities and fuel continued growth.

As an R2 certified recycler since 2012, we specialize in recycling and resale of printer cartridges, as well as proper recycling of cellphones, tablets, and laptop and desktop computers.

Your job is to offer these recycling solutions to companies and organizations thereby helping them achieve their recycling and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

  • Manage E-Commerce sales through various platforms and marketplaces including eBay.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to identify and classify re-marketable products. 
  • Utilize data and trends to determine market value.
  • Analyze costs and profitability for appropriate sales channel disposition.
  • Provide management with weekly E-Commerce sales metrics and end of month profit and loss statement.

Inside Sales

  • Identify volume e-commerce buyers to convert to direct EOS relationship.
  • Establish local end used customer base to increase end user channel.
  • Maintain records of all activities in the CRM 
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with all customers. This includes handling inquiries in a manner that meet or exceed the customer expectations
  • Maintain outstanding working relationships with internal divisions and facilities pertaining to servicing the customer
  • Create and modify documents as requested or assigned
  • Support management and other teammates in assigned project based work
  • Maintains knowledge of requirements and procedures affecting the business and ensures company policies, procedures, and reporting comply throughout the operation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
