Strickland’s has been in business over 75 years and we are the areas leader in Window Coverings and Home Organization. We are a progressive company specialize in blinds, shades, and shutters as well as closet, garage and pantry systems that maximize space. Installation of both products will be required.

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Installation of blinds, shades, shutters and fabric treatments.
• Installation of closet, garage, pantry, laundry room organization system
• Receive, unpack and sort product shipments
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging the order.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations and vehicle neat and clean, complying with all procedures, rules and regulations
• Repair of blinds, shades & shutters as well as ordering parts.
• Working with inventory control
• Working with a CRM (Customer Management Software)
• Completing all reports and paperwork required.

Skills Required:

• Clean driving record and valid NC Driver’s License
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Experience in the field of carpentry or window covering installation is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.

Compensation:

• The starting pay for the position is between and $14 to $18 per hour, but is negotiable based on experience and performance.
• Company benefits include Paid Vacation and 401k after 12 months of employment.
• This is a full time position with opportunity of promotion and advancement as the company continues to expand.
