Summary
The Ecommerce Accounts Receivable Specialist will focus on the unique set of customers whose primary source of business is the growing Ecommerce sector. Our team communicates with customers to ensure payments are received timely and accurately through various electronic methods, including email, ticketing software and online portals. Ecommerce AR specialist analyzes all payments for accuracy and researches any variances as well as ensure that all information in databases and spreadsheets is correct.
The position is responsible for collecting payments, posting payments, filing claims, working in portals, verifying pricing and month end, using email, and phones. This job requires research and following up on claims and past dues. There are also various reports that must be run timely. We are looking for someone with strong accounting skills and have advanced excel skills. Must be a fast learner with effective communication skills. You must be able to multitask, retain information well, take good notes, have good computer skills, and be able to work without assistance. You will work closely with other departments. Therefore, being a team player is important.

Responsibilities
- Manage and Maintain E-Commerce Accounts
- Provide Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting on the team’s accounts and task.
- Meet or exceed all department goals.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Process Accounts Receivables transactions
- Perform account reconciliation in a regular and accurate manner.
- Communicate with internal and external customers through multiple electronic software and websites.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business.
- Interact daily with customer care personnel and additional Kaleen work groups such as shipping, Returns, operations, sales managers, Sales Reps, Accounting, and the Kaleen Leadership team.
Recommended Education, Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B Collections and AR, preferably in a wholesale/Distribution environment
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data.
- Demonstrates cognitive skills, able to explain and resolve complex problems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative to identify process improvements opportunities and recommend solutions to management.
- Intermediate Excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
