JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of 6-10 Dunkin and/or Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants, including recruiting, training, management and budget compliance. Ensures maximum restaurant profitability through excellent guest service, high quality food and beverage, crew development, food safety and restaurant cleanliness. Builds a strong team through hiring, training, and developing Restaurant Managers, providing clear, consistent coaching while recognizing individual and team contributions.
