Job Details
Candidate will oversee and support the Bar Meridian team on all matters of service, food & drink programs, food pop-ups, event development and music programming.
- Develop, manage, draft and publish the weekly schedule for all Bar Meridian employees.
- Collaborate with current bar staff to develop and maintain seasonal cocktail lists.
- Program, Update & Manage all POS related needs.
- Manage development, training and execution of service procedures/points and sales tactics required to run daily service.
- Be present during service and support the team where needed.
- Curate wine program and oversee spirits list.
- Update and maintain organization/work flow and adjust to fluctuation of business or product/supply needs based on menu changes.
- Manage and oversee execution of batched cocktail prep, garnish & syrups prep.
- Create and maintain cooperative relations with Spirits reps and companies.
- Coordinate with Owner, Music Programming Manager, Operations Manager & Social Media Manager on development and promotion of Bar Meridian and any events or pop-up food series.
